Repairs in our own workshop:

Repairs are normally carried out in our own workshop in Winterthur. If necessary, we will hire for the duration of the repairRental deviceavailable. In exceptional cases, we also send devices to the manufacturers. The costs for this will be charged unless the device is still under warranty Conditions

Technical service
​

We offer a comprehensive technical service for all of the products we sell, as well as those from third-party suppliers, for all aspects of your oxygen and ventilation supply. Our technical services are carried out by our own qualified service employees certified by the manufacturer.

We store spare, exchange and accessory parts in Winterthur to keep repair times for your oxygen devices as short as possible.

For institutions such as old people's and/or nursing homes as well as hospitals that have regular recurring maintenance, maintenance is usually carried out on their premises after prior appointment.
